Originally I wanted Samus to save the animals, if only to challenge the runner, but then I remembered that would be what the Sakamoto Samus would do.
I do not have enough room to properly complain about Sakamoto's Samus. Retro Studios' Samus manages to be an interesting character despite never expressing anything more than articulate than a grunt of pain. Retro Samus would kill the animals, not because she felt they needed to die, but because she has a mission to complete and space pirates to shoot. Lets do things the Retro Studio way. |
