A quiche recipie? Here's the easiest one I know of. Find a pan with a lid. Cook up whatever you want in your quiche. Potatoes, ham, save the cheese for later. Whisk up some eggs, add salt and pepper to taste, poor it into the pan. Add lid, cook until done. Add cheese now, if you want.
