This donation is in memoriam of my father, Cst. Les Vogt of the Edmonton Police Department. He taught me that the most important thing in life is to help those who are in trouble, to stand up for those who can't stand up for themselves, and to try (in whatever little way possible) to make the world a better place. He was a man who once ran across one of the busiest streets in Edmonton to save a child who had wondered out onto the street. He is the man that I aspire to be one day. Sadly, I lost my father to cancer in 2005. I love you, and I miss you, Dad.
