fun fact: the doctors without borders would save the animals. it's not a 100% run unless you do everything, including saving the animals. in metroid fusion it's shown that samus definitely saved the animals. have the fusion run quit right when you meet the animals if they're not saved, because they're not there (BECAUSE THEY DIED).
