Last year, my mom was diagnosed with a cancer that was only barely detected before it reached a tipping point. Thanks to her own relentless perseverance and the incredible miracle of modern medicine, she's now in remission, but if there's one thing I've learned, it's the unequivocal importance of preventing and detecting it early. From the bottom of my heart, I thank everyone who lends whatever metaphorical sword they can to the cause. Fight on, warriors! I do love a good hero of time, but to me, you're the real heroes, one and all.
