Majora's Mask was the first Zelda game that the cartridge, and therefor right to first playthrough in the family, was distinctly mine. Instead of the the bright and charming Kokiri Forest, I got the gloomy woods as Link wandered on Epona on his hopeless quest for a lost friend, blindsided and robbed and wrapped in a curse. Exploring the creepy world of Termina, with it grief and despair, and unearthing the seed of hope, both for the world's inhabitants and Link himself, is a precious memory. Now please make an utter mockery of child me's trouble with Majora's Incarnation phase and destroy Majora's Mask in the most mindblowing way possible.
