An adaptation of Delaram, from Expedition 33, as realized in a combination of Maple, Brass, and Leather.
The blade, guards, and handle are made from Birdseye and Curly Maple, laminated together in some cases, while the fittings are made from brass, with leather wrapping on the handles. The pommel and guard points are turned maple, secured by carbon fiber rods, which also form the sword core. The entire sword is spray lacquered, semi-gloss, bonded typically with 2-Part epoxy. |
