Hello GDQ! This is something I've wanted to do for MANY years, and I finally have the stable income to do it. This marathon, I will be donating 1 cent for every single second a runner saves below their estimate.
Ok, so… this donation covers 4 games: Donkey Kong Country through Portal 2 TAS! This block was INSANELY fun to watch, especially our “most seconds saved” run of the bunch: F-Zero GX at 618 seconds saved! So, between those 4 games… the runners saved 1,731 seconds under estimate to bring the total for the marathon so far up to 27,492. So here, take $17.31 for those seconds saved and also to get my grand total to $274.92, keeping up this cent-for-second match! One day left to keep that number going up… Also, more runs in the marathon means more seconds saved. We’re looking at Super Mario 64 now, so send my money that way!
