My mother died from a very aggressive breast cancer that couldn't be cured because it had become generalized before noticing it. I lived in depression and regrets for a year, knowing that I saw suspicious signs months before discovering that she had an aggressive cancer and I didn't do anything when I saw those signs. I was only thinking that I could understand how it feels to lose someone that is very close to your heart but I was wrong. It stroke me so hard I couldn't be myself for a whole year. We just can't fully understand that feeling until we live it for ourselves.
If it was not for the cancer, she was so healthy that she had an estimate of living for a minimum of 90 years. As soon you see a possible sign of a cancer, please do not take it lightly. I'm donating in the memory of my wonderful mom and thanks to all of GDQ and speedrunning communities for everything you're doing. |
