Like many, we've known those who have had battled cancer. We have a friend who is in their 2nd year of remission, have had family members who passed from the disease, had a family friend lose their fight at the age of 29, and a grandmother with dementia being diagnosed with cancer this month. The amount of pain this disease has caused is truly immeasurable. Events like this gives us hope that our first child may live in a world where this disease is only experienced through stories rather than directly. Thank you for all the work you do every year, and we can't wait to sit with our little one cheering on the runners during SGDQ2022 and beyond!
