Cancer has taken family members and pets over the years. Most recently, lung cancer took my father last year. He was always staying busy with construction projects, even when he was getting treated for bladder cancer, with new techniques being able to keep that cancer at bay. However, smoking caught up with him, and took him way earlier than we expected. All forms of cancer treatment, including preventative, are critical in giving people more time and energy to live their lives, and I am thankful to GDQ and all of the donators for helping with that mission |
