Dedicating this to my brother who was diagnosed and treated for colon cancer last year after he had appendicitis. He was pretty lucky it was caught and even though it turned out to be genetic, it seems to have been a mutation in just him, as everyone else in the family were tested negative on that mutation. So he is kind of a rare case for genetic colon cancer.
