Big thanks to all the runners and GDQ staff for supporting the Prevent Cancer Foundation for the ninth year in a row. I was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of thyroid cancer in 2016 and thanks to a great team of doctors in Boston I’m still here. Seeing all the support from everyone each year is inspiring and hopefully events like AGDQ will help others diagnosed with cancer be as fortunate as I was.
