This donation goes out to my friend Britni, who was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer last year at the age of 29. She went through months of chemo and radiation and is now in remission. Through it all, despite all the uncertainty, she kept a smile on her face and hope in her heart, and she's been such a huge inspiration to everyone around her. Britni is a Super Mario fan, so I'm donating during Super Mario Sunshine because the title describes her well -- she brings so much sunshine into people's lives with her high spirits and her optimism! Awesome people like Britni are the reason to beat this disease that affects so many people every year. Shoutouts to all the runners, staff, donors, tech crew and others who work hard to put on such a great event each year to benefit the Prevent Cancer Foundation!
