I've been watching AGDQ for the last couple of years and it's always an amazing time for a great cause. This year, my wife has finally gotten into it. She couldn't pull herself away from the Link to the Past run. We unfortunately know cancer very well. My wife was diagnosed with breast cancer at age 25. Since then, it has spread to multiple other areas of her body. She is now in her 8th year of fighting this horrible disease. This past Fall, she was in an ICU on a ventilator for almost 40 days due to the cancer spreading to her lungs. I'm happy to say that shes home and she's doing much better. She's a warrior and my hero. Anyhow, we don't much, but we wanted to share and give back to others who are being threatened by this disease. To those out there dealing with this, please don't be afraid to seek help. It's hard to do this alone. We are here for you and this event is a testament to that. So here's to eradicating cancer. We hope that in the near future, nobody will ever have to worry about it again. And thank you to all involved with AGDQ. What you guys are doing is truly remarkable.
