I know first hand the importance of early checks for cancer. Perhaps like many other people, I rarely went outside and did not think I would ever even have the chance of getting skin cancer. When a mole grew on my leg I ignored it. Eventually my Girlfriend forced me to get it checked out, where I learned it was precancerous. If left untreated it could have taken my life, but instead it was removed with a simple surgery. Don't wait, always get moles checked out. |
