When my mom got the news she had cancer a couple of years ago, it felt like the ground fell away from underneath my feet.
When the doctor said that it could be treated and she'd make a full recovery, that was the most relieved I've ever felt in my life. I'm currently in my third year of med school, studying hard to later be able to bring people the greatest news of their lives, telling them they won't die. My mother has been cancer-free for some 5 years now, still going strong! All you guys are amazing, playing games to do the most important thing a person can do: saving precious lives! That being said, kill the animals. |
