My best friend's mom died of cervical cancer last year. She fought for several years and eventually lost. It's a terrible struggle for a family to have to go through. The painful toll it takes on the victim as well as their surviving family is not something anyone should have to experience. I just want to thank you all for this event, supporting the cause, and all the great runs this year. |
