We are donating in honor of Lisa, beloved mom, mother-in-law, writer, and humorist, who we lost last year due to cancer. Since she was such an amazing & funny writer, we wrote a poem in her honor: When they told her it was pancreatic she didn't cry, she didn't panic. She kept telling jokes full of love, with nothing to be scared of. Shining with her hilarious whit, right up until her dramatic exit. Though we miss her, through our tears, she gave so many laughs over the years. In her name, we donate to find the answer, so PCF can someday beat cancer. |
