This was the first game where I followed the speedrunning scene since release. Shout-outs to so many of the formative runners like Haitex, Jhay, Tyron18, and Rick Schmidty for making the world record race last summer an extraordinarily thrilling thing to watch unfold; can't believe Ostrichless became real recently. The amount of joy Bananza has brought is without compare and after all these months I still think it's my favorite Nintendo game. Here's an "Ooooh Banana" for the road. |
