Took the day off work for Twilight Princess today. Zelda games are and were always a special event growing up. My mom would often request to play on Mother's day or birthday's and only wanted us to sit with her while she did. My mother passed in 2007 but I still have her save file on my gamecube (yes I wanted Link to be left handed as long as possible). I couldn't play for a long time when she passed, until I started playing TP only on new years. It took me a long time to beat the game that way but always made it a special night. AGDQ and TP are my New Year's traditions and refill my heart containers in every way. Thank you all for the community. Fighting to make the world a better place together each January is my true holiday. TRANSRIGHTS!! |
