I heard that “twin keys/Twinkies” joke, and now all I can think of is a survival horror game where you play as a little girl named Debbie, who is being haunted by massive snack cakes. Bosses would include a demonic yodeler, a pair of devil dogs, and a skeleton called Funny Bones, with the final boss being a massive demon duck named Drake summoned by a giant bell (ding dong).
