In honor of Abdullah Hammad, an MSF hygienist who was killed in Gaza on July 3 after being fired upon while waiting for aid trucks, as well as the other 11 MSF staff who have lost their lives during the conflict. Doctors Without Borders is among the most noble charities that have ever existed and it remains appalling how little protection they are afforded by so-called civilized nations, and how willing those same nations are to create conditions that require MSF to operate amid carnage and bloodshed. |
