Here is a little secret : mascarpone and icing sugar, mixed together with a spoon and not a robot, make for incredible icing. It holds up really well, the proportions can be chosen by tasting if you like it. It's light and sweet and delicious, and can be flavoured by adding vanilla or lemon juice or stuff like that. I got the recipe from the owner of my favourite cupcake shop before she closed it. You're welcome ! And keep up the good work, amazing run ! And of course, bravo les lesbiennes <3 |
