Playing FFVII 27 years ago with my friend Nick taught me that video games could be the scaffold upon which lifelong friendships are built. I’ll always love this game series for showing me the positives gaming can bring to your life. I plan to pass this lesson on to my kids when we are watching FFVII runs together at future AGDQs.
