My mom was a gamer. When I was a kid, we played games on our ColecoVision. She beat Super Mario Brothers before I did. As she got older, games were always a part of our family: my mom and dad played Dr. Mario every day to "keep each other sharp." I could never beat either of them. They were both World Championship material.
Mom died on Thursday, just nineteen days after being diagnosed with brain cancer. She would've loved this head-to-head SMB run. Donating in the hope that just maybe another mom gamer will get a new lease on life through PCF.
