I very specifically remember being 6 years old being taken to the theatre to see the first Lord of the Rings movie. It was too long and the orc/goblins? were too scary for me. This then repeated for the next two movies so despite being a huge fan of high fantasy, LotR is one of the few I have never been able to get into. |
