As a long time donator this year is an especially poignant as I make my first donation in honor of Numbers1thru9, who as a long time friend I made online recently passed to cancer a couple weeks back.
I also wish to take this opportunity to thank you those working in this field, as with early detection and treatments helped to extend his life 10 meaningful years from his first diagnoses. May we one day beat cancer in all its forms but until then the strives made to extend and improve the lives affected are no less worth celebrating. |
