The Super Metroid community is full of some of the most passionate, helpful, caring, and supportive people I have ever met. This game’s history is arguably the greatest in speedrunning, and if you aren’t familiar with it, you are doing yourself quite a disservice in my opinion. I am so excited to watch 4 of the best runners this game duke it out all while being commentated by two of the best commentators I know. All 4 runners have contributed massive stuff to this community over the past 5-10 years, and I know you are all going to do great during the race! :) Best of luck, and hey… let’s make that escape parlor room as fast as possible by KILLING THOSE ANIMALS!
